This Could Very Easily Have Been Us...
So, apparently this guy text messaged his wife saying that the plane he was traveling on was commandeered by terrorists. The wife freaked out, called the embassy who called Anti-Terrorist negociators---you see where this is going. Awesome. Dude was detained and then released without charge. The J-Mizz and I heard about this and realized we just had a close call. This is totally something we would do--now we know not to. Two weeks ago the inhabitants of 10G went to BLT Steak for some meat and PVW Family Reserve. After dinner we called out to SF but several people out there seemed too preoccupied with themselves to give us proper attention. We weren't having any of it. So the plan was for me to call up Mr. Va Boop "in a panic." In an Oscar winning performance, I made the call and told RVB that Nav had collapsed on the floor and appeared to be having a heart attack and ,"I don't know what to do...". Rob of course flipped out screaming, "Call 911! Call 911!" Then he heard us laughing in the background. I told that story to someone after the fact; he didn't really see the humor in it.
