Veronika's Birthday is showing at the Jewish Womens Film Festival Sunday November 14 as part of session 2 (2:30-5:30pm), http://www.ncjwny.org/, 212-687-5030. The screening will take place at Florence Gould Hall, French Institute Alliance Francaise, 55 East 59th Street (Between Park and Madison Ave. My friend Jesssssicccccca directed it. Also the FIAF is awsome so get there.
Eddie Izzard, comic genius is doing an instore at VirginMega (USQ) on Monday the 15th at 7 o'clock in the evening. I'll be there cause I'm an anglophile.
At The Met: Tapastries of the Andes. I'm obsessed with Tapastries of the Medieval period so this is a real treat for me. Also of interest is China: Dawn of a Golden age.
At The Gugg: Aztechs and Kieth Harring. Both are in till February.
